Troubleshooting: Users clocked in using a When I Work interface (app, or terminal) and it’s not showing those users as Checked In, in OneTeam360

In this article we will go over what happens when a users clocks in inside When I Work and how to get that to reflect as 'Checked In' inside OneTeam360

In order for Clock In’s that originate on a When I Work interface to check you in inside OneTeam360 you need to have webhooks turned on in your When I Work company account. Please see this article about enabling webhooks in When I Work.

NOTE: It is not required to enable webhooks. To avoid this happening please have users clock in to their shift from inside the OneTeam360 Mobile App or Web Portal.
