In this article we will go over to process to enable webhooks in When I Work.
Check your webhooks settings first.
Go to General Settings and then select Webhooks from the left hand vertical navigation.
First, Are your webhooks already enabled?
See the image below. If those blacked out fields are already populated. There is nothing more to do, Congratulations! Your webhooks are already enabled.
What to do If you don't see webhooks as an option under general settings.
If you have an account set up in affiliation with OneTeam360, it will come with webhooks enabled. If you are using a certain tier of When I Work's platform services and it does not have webhooks enabled by default you will need to ask your When I Work representative how to get those enabled. Please be advises that When I Work has made it clear that in some circumstances that may mean upgrading your account.
