If you are already a When I Work user and you want to bring your team over into OneTeam360 the process is pretty straightforward. First you need permission to manage integrations . This process will provide access to the users in the account that the integration authenticated with.
First you need to navigate back to the integration library and you should see an active integration showing When I Work. Click that integration and you will brought to your Integration Configuration Settings.
You will start by selecting the option to transfer users from When I Work to OneTeam360.
In the resulting list you can sort and specify which groups of users you would like to bring over. You can also just choose a single or all the users. After confirming a transfer you will receive an email outlining the result of your user transfer. Here are some common issues you might encounter when trying to transfer users.
