Troubleshooting: My When I Work users are not transferring over

Here are a few things to check when trying to transfer you When I Work users over into OneTeam360

  1. Phone Number - When I Work doesn't require a phone number for a user to be considered valid. OneTeam360 does require a phone number. You must add a phone number to your When i Work users in order to successfully transfer them into OneTeam360. 
  2. Seat License Exceeded - If you are trying to transfer more users than you have seats in your OneTeam360 license your transfer will cut off at some point. 
  3. Email Already Exists - If you are trying to transfer a user that is already in the system you wont be able to re-add them. In that case you should just match the users together.
