How does Geo Fencing work through OneTeam360
OneTeam360's Mobile app will handle Geo Fencing outside the context that WhenIWork provides. It does this for a variety of reasons the main reason is system limitations employed by the connection mechanism WhenIWork elects to use.
Not every WhenIWork schedule will be geo fenced.
If a WhenIWork Schedule does not have an address it will not be geo fenced.
The geo fencing range.
If a WhenIWork Schedule has an address, OneTeam360 will make sure the coordinates passed through it's shift clock in is within 500m of the target destination. If it is, the clock in will be conducted successfully. If not, the user will not be clocked in.
Is the GeoFence radius adjustable.
No, not at this time. It will keep a static value of 500m.
