OneTeam360 will only show you users who have (job type, location, and role) values that are mapped accordingly. OneTeam360 can’t bring over a user if it doesn’t know how to add them correctly. The root cause of this happening is usually because there was a value added in When I Work or OneTeam360 that doesn’t have that equivalent in the other system. To remediate this go back to your integration configurations and review your Roles, Job Types & Locations.
When inside any of these functions you will see options that may have not been mapped. The user you may be looking for may have these properties set and there fore need an equivalent within the other system. It will look like this.
