Track your automations so you don't have to wonder what is happening behind the scenes.
When you create something it's nice to be able to see it working. Since automations are somewhat of a behind the scenes feature you can't really monitor them with your eyes. However you can monitor a log of when they are executed.
The Automation Execution Log can be located under reports in your OneTeam360 Web Portal. All Automations will be listed chronologically so the most recently fired automations will be at the top. Information included in an automation log are as follows.
- Automation Name
- Automation Trigger
- Automation Action
- Automation Recipients
- This is particularly useful to monitor the users that an automation effected when it executed.
- The Date and Time it was Executed
- A Link to view the automation that executed.
Filtering The Execution Log
If you have a large amount of Automations running everyday it might be hard to find what you're looking for. But just like our automation creation panel there are filters to help you detect what you're looking for.
