What kinds of tasks are best to track with OneTeam360?

Screen Shot 2022-05-09 at 8.39.12 PMTasks are an easy way to delegate duties to your team members and ensure responsibilities are getting tackled on time by the right employee(s). Plus, it's a great way to add efficiency and healthy communication to your everyday workflow. You can add tasks from the Dashboard, on any team-member profile, or from the Task module. 

From your dashboard, navigate to the Task button on the left-hand side of your screen. From the Task List, click the add button to Add Task. All OneTeam360 accounts are pre-populated with common and recommended task types — whether it's a maintenance request, a schedule that needs to be built, or maybe just a friendly reminder to greet and smile customers. You can add, edit or remove these Task types anytime from System Management. 

Choose the Task type, give your task a name and fill out the rest (including an optional image!) to assign your task. Assignees will receive push notifications and emails, and will be able to view the assigned task from their dashboard or profile. This leaves little room for overdue or ignored responsibilities, helping to keep your team on track and on task! 🥳
