Provide employees with opportunity for remediation after not meeting a standard in a single or multi-skill assessment.
Within skill assessments comes an in-app remediation for skill assessments to refine and reinforce important skills to all team members. Team members receive real time feedback following a skill assessment, as well as reference materials. In the event they do not successfully complete a skill assessment, a task is auto-assigned for the to remediate by viewing materials and completing a quiz.*
*Please note: after an answer is chosen, the quiz will automatically display the correct answer. For this reason, there is not a "score" associated with completion and the system just shows the task as "done" once they have reviewed said materials.
In order for this function to populate, the Skill will need to edited under "Skill Management" and quiz questions/correct answers will need to be pre-populated.
