Skill and Skill Category Management
Create and edit skill categories to use for team member skill assessments.
Monitoring team performance and identify areas of opportunity using skill assessments. Determine criteria for skills to be assessed using the skill category management tool, found under system management. Here you can create, name and edit current skill categories or inactivate past skill categories. Additionally, use the Skill Management tab just below Skill Management to manage individual skills and what job type they are specific to.
