Interaction with Team Member

Managers have the opportunity to rate an interaction with team member's during their shift to contribute to their daily point value.

Ideally, all team member's will receive some sort of interaction feedback on a regular basis. After opening their profile, navigate to the   icon in the top right corner to provide consistent feedback to employees.
