Troubleshooting: I have multiple shifts but I can’t see them in my OneTeam360 Mobile App

Here is what to do if you don't see a shift in your OneTeam360 Mobile App.

OneTeam360 displays the logged in users shifts as cards in the top of the schedule area. If you feel like you are not seeing all your shifts try swiping the cards to the left and that will usually reveal other shifts.
