How to match users in Integrations

Some integrations will have correlating users in each system. Here is how you match them to one another.

In many cases you will have users in both systems and now you are connecting the 2 systems. That means you need to tell OneTeam360 who the equivalent user is in the integrated system. OneTeam360 will try to intelligently match them based on the email it reads from the integrated system. But because emails change you can simply search for and match the correct user by their name.
