First, its required that your OneTeam360 User role has 'Manage Automations' granted as a permission.
This article will go over how to know if you have permissions to use automations and how to turn them on so you can start creating automations.
Automations are a permission granted to a role.
To learn if you have them enabled open the user menu in the web portal and navigate to the user menu. When that menu drops down you may, or may not, see a menu option that says "Automations". If you do NOT see that option. You will need to enable it.
Enabling Automation Permissions
To get the permissions area to become accessible you need to adjust role permissions. You can do that by going to the user menu and clicking "Role Management".
From Role Management you will find your role and click the edit icon.
Inside the permissions panel you will look for the company account section and toggle on the switch.
