Learn how to assign an External Certificate to team members in your OneTeam360 account.
When you're ready to assign a certificate to an employee, simply visit the employee's profile from the Team Member Page under Directory and scroll down to External Certificates.
Now that you've assigned the certificate, your employee can navigate to the Certificates button on the bottom of their profile.
Staying on top of soon-to-expire certificates is the key to staying compliant. That's why the app will send push notification reminders directly to staff, keeping due dates at the front of mind for everyone, in turn, peace of mind too. You can even upload a picture of the certificate, so that everything is organized in one place.
Managers can view which employees have expired certifications from the obvious red triangle symbol that appears to the left of their name on the Team Members page under Directory.
