Building Daily Reports

Learn how to build, edit and view a Daily Report in the OneTeam360 system.

Here are some tips + tricks for best practices in building out Daily Reports submitted by your team!

  1. You can select who has access to editing or viewing daily reports via Role Management- you have the opportunity here to toggle the feature on or off based on the desired role. So, if reports are a management related functionality, you may turn off all reporting options for employees. If you just want admin to be able to see report history, make sure you turn off  View Submitted Reports for your manager role.
  2. When building a report, the questions are sortable. Add a question to your report and drag and drop it to the position you like.
  3. When building a report, the questions are groupable. Add a new group with a title and optional description. Then you can drag questions into that group. This will help with the visual organization of a report. Groups are also sortable as indicated in point #2 above.
  4. Once you have created a report and it has been submitted, the answer format cannot be edited (for record-keeping consistency) so just double check the answer options/format before your team submits.
  5. Reports will publish a summary at the end of every day called the Daily Digest that will go to admin so that you can see a snapshot of the entire day and all reports submitted. Want to adjust what time you receive the Daily Digest? You can do so via Configurations- just make sure this is after all employees have had a chance to submit.
