With OneTeam360, the employees performance over the course of their workday contributes to their point value for the day. At the end of the work day, employees will either be awarded their point value or they will not receive any point(s)*. See video for more!

*There is also an opportunity to designate the system to deduct points automatically via the  Configurations tab.
