How can I check whether an employee was added to our OneTeam360 account?

You can view the statuses of all of your employees by going to the Directory. When you add an employee to the system and they activate their account via email their status icon on your Directory will be a green circle indicating they are an active user. When an employee has been invited to join your company's OneTeam360 account, but has yet to take action, their status icon will show an envelope.

 

 

You will see a red circle next to an employees name when they have been added to the system , but were made inactive by an admin user. Inactivating an employee is useful when they are taking a leave of absence or are a returning seasonal employee. Inactivating an employee allows you to save their data so they will not have to be added to the system again.
