Announcements

Make announcements to the entire staff or particular positions/departments with the new announcements feature housed on your dashboard!

Staff facing announcements are now housed on the dashboard and can be customized to be viewed by specific locations or job types! Create an announcement for everyone to see when they log in. Most recent announcements are show first, while still active announcements can still be seen when the sidebar on the right side of the screen is expanded.

To create a new announcement, select "configure". This will bring you to the announcements list where you can view scheduled, active, expired, or inactive announcements. To make an edit to a current announcement, you'll need to first inactivate said announcement, make the edit, and then activate it once again. 

 

Celebrate your team member's with announcements automatically shown for birthdays and work anniversaries! Within configurations, you can set the day and time for these announcements to go live. The birthday's will show the birthdays of the week- to view the individual day of the team member's birthday, navigate directly to their profile.

Please note: in order for this new feature to be present within your OneTeam dashboard, you will need to toggle it ON via Role Management. Navigate to the top right corner from the admin dash, dropdown the menu, click Role Management, and scroll down to announcements. Toggle on the announcements features that are relevant to each individual role.
