Tracking team performance with our Positivity Index

Here's how to track your team's performance using the OneTeam360 Positivity Index.

As an Admin or Manager, the Positivity Index via the Dashboard gives you a comprehensive snapshot of your team's performance, based on 3 factors: How many are exceeding expectations, meet expectations and are remediate.

 To view your Positivity Index, simply log in to your OneTeam360 account, click the Dashboard box on the left hand-side and you'll notice the index between Points and Stars of the Week.
